Welcome home to this Midtown East gem. The doorman building is on a quiet tree-lined block and is convenient to all of Manhattan.
Located on a high floor, this pre-war south-facing sun-filled jewel offers views, and is flooded with light year round. There are hardwood floors and tall beamed ceilings It isn't your typical cookie cutter rectangular box. The layout feels more like a home than an apartment.
You enter into a foyer with a coat closet. The foyer leads to the generous living room with ample room to allow for seating and dining areas, but there is also room in the windowed kitchen for a small dining table as well. The kitchen has been renovated with new quartz countertops and backsplash.
The bedroom is quite large. It can accommodate a king-sized bed and a home office. It is large enough to add built-in closets if one so desires. It has two windows facing south which get lots of afternoon sun.
The windowed bathroom has been updated and has a large sunken bathtub.
The canopied doorman coop building is located on a charming tree-lined Sutton Area street. It allows parents buying for children, pied-e-terre's and has a sublet policy that allows for unlimited subletting after only two years of ownership with board approval. Gifting is allowed, as is parents buying for children, It has a spacious planted roof deck with great views and a well-appointed laundry room.
The location puts you near to many subway lines, and is three blocks away from a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's.
