This is an excellent studio in a prime Brooklyn Heights co-op on a dreamy block near the trains and Promenade, in the Fruit Streets. The co-op has an elevator and as it is a sponsor unit, there is no board application!

The living area is spacious with sanded and varnished floors. As it is on the 6th floor, and is south-facing (the rear of the building) it gets good light, and is very quiet. There are two huge closets near the entrance and a linen closet. There is a small kitchen alcove with quartz countertop, white shaker-style cabinets and small appliances (no dishwasher).

The bathroom has gleaming white tiles and full tub. The building has a live-in super, laundry facilities, elevator, and a shared outdoor space, surrounded by tall trees and bike storage for a small fee. Heat and hot water are included in rent. Very close to A,C,2,3 trains to many bars, restaurants and food stores, and to the stunning views of the East Bay and Manhattan from the Promenade. NO PETS - sorry. 12/15-1/15
