Birim yüksek tavanlar, iyi korunmuş ahşap zeminler, duvar kalıpları, plantasyon panjurları ve geniş dolap alanı sunmaktadır. Ayrıca banyo da bir çatı penceresi bulunmaktadır. Yenilenmiş ayrı mutfakta büyük bir pencere ve bol dolap ve tezgah alanı bulunmaktadır; bulaşık makinesi ve çamaşır makinesi/kurutma makinesi ile donatılmıştır. Ana yatak odası, ek şifonyerlerle birlikte bir king size yatak sığacak kadar büyüktür. Located on the second floor( two flights up) is this spacious and bright 2 bedrooms full floor apartment. The unit offers high ceilings, well-maintained hardwood floors, wall moulding, plantation shutters, and ample closet space. There is also a skylight in the bathroom. the renovated separate kitchen has a large window and offers ample cabinets and counter top, and is equipped with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Premier bedroom is large enough to fit a king bed with additional dressers. Smaller bedroom (twin bed) is adjacent and has been used in the past used as a home office, walk-in closet, library… the options are endless. Both bedrooms face the front of the building an overlook large oak trees.

Fabulous location with numerous amenities along 5th Avenue, as well as a block walking distance to the R train. Its location makes for an easy commute into Downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan, with transfer at Atlantic Terminal/Barclay Center for… 11 subway line and LIRR. Please come prepared as this will rent quickly.
