149 Sterling Place Apt 4 is a fantastic 3 bedroom 1 bath in one of the best locations you can ask for in all of Brooklyn. This top floor unit of a Brownstone is where Park Slope and Prospect Heights meet. Living at the canopy of a lovely tree you have lovely views of Sterling Place just off of your living room and second bedroom.

The primary bedroom can fit a queen sized bed along with some additional furniture, while the two smaller bedrooms can fit twin sized beds, cribs or desks for working from home.

The open concept kitchen/living/dining room has south facing windows, a decorative fireplace and two lovely french doors for the second bedroom (equipped with two closets). The entry of the apartment is in the center and has a hallway that takes you to the bathroom with wonderful skylight, linen/entry closet, and the two other bedrooms; the primary and the third bedroom. Both bedrooms face north and have closets while the primary has a second decorative fire place.

Just off of 7th Avenue, you have the B & Q trains right around the corner, the 2,3 trains at either Grand Army Plaza or Bergen Street, while the Atlantic-Barclays subway hub is not too far either.

Fantastic restaurants, shops, grocery stores, farmers markets, and gyms abound along 7th Avenue, 5th Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, Vanderbilt Avenue and then some. Plus you have Prospect Park nearby for as your playground.
