At the entrance of the apartment, there is a coat nook immediately to the left.  Just beyond, the first of three closets lies straight ahead.

Further in is an open kitchen / living room with views of the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Library and Mt. Prospect Park.  Rather than checking the weather online, simply gaze out the windows.

The 2/3 train is just up the street and the B/Q trains are a little farther down on Flatbush.
