The tasteful wide plank white oak floors, striking white marble countertops and chic wood stylized cabinetry give an earthy, yet luxurious appeal to this studio.

The apartment is outfitted with high-end Bosch and Bloomberg appliances including a Dishwasher. A Washer/Dryer is located in one of the three closets right in the entrace foyer.  Tech features include a WiFi-enabled smart thermostat with remote access, USB charging ports and a central heating and cooling system.

Being a full services building, The Neighborly showboats a laundry list of amenities including a 24/7 Doorman, a well lit and outfitted fitness center, a stunning inner courtyard with lounge chairs and cabanas, a private study, a lounge, a bike room, dog run and pet spa.
