The apartment is located in a well maintained brownstone right off Columbus and 73rd Street. The location doesn't get any better than this. You are just one block from Central Park, the subway on either CPW or Broadway / Amsterdam and there are an endless amount of restaurants and shopping in the area. Note this is a two floor walkup.
