Elegant 1 bedroom in the Ansonia Condominium, one of the most iconic buildings on Manhattan's UWS. The apartment is a beautiful blend of prewar style and modern convenience. It is graced with 9 foot plus ceiling height complete with intricate prewar plaster work designs, a hallmark of the prewar aesthetic, and lovely original walnut herring-bone wood floors.  

 

The charm of the living room is enhanced by a window seat nestled within the space created by an oversized bay window. The recently renovated kitchen is open to the living room and provides a lovely space for entertaining or just relaxing. The apartment, including the bedroom, is serenely quiet, which is another hallmark feature of the Ansonia. The large bathroom has been renovated in pre-war style with white subway tile traditionally framed by black subway tile, and a pedestal sink.

 

The Ansonia is a full-service building with an incomparable roof deck, concierge, full time doorman, cold food storage, central laundry room, and bike room.
