Nestled on the 5th floor with bold city views 5R is a really lovely studio. From the windows you can see The Woolworth building and a partial view of the One World Trade and 7 World Trade and downtown Tribeca. This unit looks down on to a beautiful waterfall surrounded by bright and colorful landscaping with lots and lots of trees. I forgot to mention how quiet this unit is as it faces into the courtyard.
