The house begins with a tiled entryway opening into hardwood floors, exposed brick and a decorative fireplace. Modern conveniences abound: recessed lighting, Nest-controlled central AC, washer-dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The parlor level boasts 12" ceilings and a seamless transition from living to dining to massive contemporary kitchen. The front wall holds street-facing windows and the entire back wall are floor-to-ceiling windows which open onto the terrace. Beyond and beneath the terrace is a tranquil backyard garden and patio ringed with trees.
