As you enter the apartment you will find a large closet in the hall way, after this you are immediately greeted with fantastic light coming from the huge picture window in the living room overlooking the Hudson River. In addition to the huge sofa the living area features a wall of cabinets, large flat screen T.V. and a desk for those choosing to work from home. The kitchen features a generous amount of counter space, stainless steel appliances and a ton of cabinets. Frosted glass doors seamlessly separate the living room from the bedroom to give privacy when required or simply leave them open to enhance the light. The bedroom features a full sized bed with storage drawers below, huge custom closet and bedside table. The spa like bathroom was gut renovated and features a deep soaking tub, rain shower head, oversized vanity and under sink storage. Custom UV shades are on each of the windows.

There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood.
